Our Jade Oolong Tea comes from a Taiwan Cultivar but are planted, harvested, and produced in the Province of Lam Dong in Vietnam at the elevation from 850m to 950m. A highly prized tea, Jade oolongs are a beautiful deep green in appearance, with large, rolled leaves. Once infused, these lightly oxidized leaves gradually unfurl to release their essential oils. Jade oolongs are known for their fresh green-floral aroma, sweet, nutty flavor, and clean, delicate feeling.

Infusion Instruction:

- Water temperature: 90-95°C (195-203°F)

- Quantity of tea: 3-4g for every 150mL of water

- Brew time: Quick rinse before brewing. Typical first brew is 45 seconds, adjust time by 15 seconds for a stronger or lighter taste. Second brew is 30 seconds and add 5 seconds to each additional brew. Can brew up to 10 times depending on desired flavor.
