Competition Grade Wenshan Bao-Chung (Baozhong) Oolong

Bao Zhong oolong is lightly oxidized with a sweet floral and slightly nutty aroma and flavor. This competition grade oolong has very fine sweet floral and slightly nutty notes with a light hint of vegetal making it a well rounded tea. This is last year’s competition grade Bao Zhong. Although it did not win the competition, the farmer that created this tea won the previous year’s competition.

Brewing guide: 3g in 150ml water at 190F for 1 minute on the first brew. 45 seconds for the second brew and add 15 seconds each consecutive brews after. This tea can brew up to 10 times depending on flavor intensity desired.
