Golden Lily Oolong is a variety of tea plant developed in 1981 at the Taiwan Tea Research Extension Station and is known as “milk oolong” for its buttery, creamy qualities. Our Golden Lily Oolong is the same cultivar but planted, harvested and processed in Vietnam.

Our high mountain Jin Xuan delivers a smooth and balanced buttery quality with a light floral aroma of cornflowers and notes of sweet nectarine and apricot. We recommend using lower water temperatures to bring out the creamy notes; hotter water temperatures will release more floral notes.

This tea is all-natural with no added flavor, There is a strong but nice and pleasant aroma this Oolong carries that is very pleasing to the palate.

Infusion Instruction:

- Water temperature: 88-93°C (190-200°F)

- Quantity of tea: 3-4g for every 150mL water

- Brew time: 1 minute. Add 15 seconds to each consecutive brews.
