Basel Oolong Tea

Base oolong tea is a blend of 10%-15% of a basel variety plant with oolong tea. This tea is planted, harvested and produced in Vietnam.  This tea is a rare fine perfect for everyday use because it is very affordable for the flavor and aroma it provides.

Dry leaves: grayish green to light brown green and has a sweet floral aroma

Wet leaves: dark forest green (basel variety leaves) and light brown green with the same sweet floral aroma

Liquor: Light yellow in color with low viscosity. Medium bodied. Taste is sweet, slight nuttiness, slight vegetal with a hint of spiciness. Floral and nutty head notes with slight astringency. Sweet floral tail notes.

Infusion instruction:

- Amount: 3g

- Water Temperature: 170°F (77°C)

- Amount of water: 150 ml

- Brewing time: 2 minutes. Add 15 seconds to subsequent brews.

- Can be brew 4-5 times.
